Acrylic and other plastics are used throughout signage, visual communication and fit-out. MAGNIUS processes these materials as individual components and as part of complete assemblies where optical, structural or finishing requirements need to work together.
Acrylic for illuminated signage
Clear, opal, coloured and specialist PMMA grades can be selected according to light transmission, diffusion, colour and finish. In illuminated applications the material is chosen together with LED distance and construction depth.
CNC and laser processing
CO₂ laser processing is useful for many detailed acrylic contours and engraving operations, while CNC routing is selected for large sheets, pockets, grooves, drilling and mechanical operations. The method depends on material, thickness and finish.
Other compatible plastics
Depending on the project, we also work with expanded and rigid PVC, polycarbonate, PETG and other plastics suited to the specific manufacturing process.
Integrated components
Plastic parts can be combined with aluminium composite, metal, wood-based panels, print and LED to create finished signage, display and retail products.
