CNC cutting and routing for signage and custom components

CNC processing allows repeatable cutting, routing, pocketing, drilling and shaping of components used in signage, retail and custom fabrication. MAGNIUS operates a robust CNC router with a working area of approximately 2080 × 3050 × 200 mm and a CO₂ laser with a 1600 × 1000 × 160 mm work area.

CNC router applications

The router is used for sheet materials and mechanical operations where depth control, pockets, grooves, holes or large-format machining are required. Typical materials include acrylic, PVC, MDF, plywood, HPL, aluminium-composite panels and other compatible substrates.

CO₂ laser processing

The laser is used for compatible plastics and wood-based materials where fine contours, engraving or detailed cutting are required. It can also engrave selected stone surfaces such as slate or marble, but it is not used to cut stone.

Production, not only cutting

Machined parts are frequently taken directly into assembly, finishing, LED integration, display construction or installation preparation, so CNC is part of the wider manufacturing flow rather than a standalone cutting service.

One-off components and repeatable series

Digital production is useful for prototypes, custom parts and series where contour accuracy and dimensional repeatability need to be maintained.
