Amazon Ring Modular Stand – 5 × 2 m and 3 × 2 m Configurations

Amazon Ring Modular Stand – 5 × 2 m and 3 × 2 m Configurations

MAGNIUS produced a modular stand for Ring, an Amazon company, designed for product presentation, visitor interaction and brand activations.

The concept and design were developed by George Carapanu – Atelier Loft, while the project was coordinated and entrusted to MAGNIUS by September Media.

MAGNIUS translated the design into a modular construction, coordinating the metal structure, panels, bespoke furniture, applied graphics, equipment integration and final assembly.

Modular and reconfigurable metal structure

The main component is an open metal structure composed of frames that reproduce stylised house outlines. This geometry creates a direct visual connection with Ring products and the brand’s publicly stated mission to help make neighbourhoods safer.

The structure was manufactured in modules for assembly, dismantling, transportation and repeated use. The same components support two layouts:

  • 5 × 2 metres — the extended configuration;
  • 3 × 2 metres — the compact configuration.

This flexibility allows the stand to be adapted to exhibition areas and events of different sizes without rebuilding the entire installation.

24 mm sandwich panels with applied graphics

The metal frames are completed with 24 mm sandwich panels. Their surfaces were customised with printed self-adhesive graphics based on the Amazon and Ring visual identities.

The panels define the house-shaped volumes, organise the communication areas and create the background for product presentation. The applied graphics can be replaced when the stand is reused for a different campaign or when brand messages are updated.

Bespoke chipboard furniture

Custom chipboard furniture was manufactured for displaying Ring devices. The installation includes individual product plinths, presentation surfaces and units for organising the materials used during the activation.

The dimensions, finishes and placement of the furniture were adapted to the structure and the displayed products. White volumes contrast with the blue framework and keep the products at the centre of the visual composition.

Product presentation and multimedia integration

The stand includes dedicated Ring product areas, informative graphics and an integrated TV monitor for video presentations and digital content. A suspended light fitting completes the interior and reinforces the visual reference to a home environment.

The elements are arranged so visitors can view the products, follow presentations and interact with brand representatives within an open space.

High visual accuracy from rendering to construction

A comparison between the renderings and the completed stand reveals a very high level of visual correspondence. The house-shaped outlines, module proportions, panel placement, colour palette, display furniture, monitor and lighting were carefully translated into the finished construction.

The project demonstrates MAGNIUS’ ability to turn visual documentation into a functional, demountable and reusable installation while preserving both the architectural intention and the brand identity.

Coordinated production and installation

Delivering the stand required the coordination of metal fabrication, sandwich-panel production, printing and vinyl application, chipboard-furniture manufacturing, monitor integration and final assembly.

The result is a reconfigurable promotional stand that can be used in two sizes and in which structure, graphics, furniture and product presentation operate as one system.
