Junior Advertising Production Technician

We are looking for a junior colleague with practical ability, attention to detail and a genuine interest in learning how signage and advertising products are manufactured. Previous advertising-production experience is not required.

What you will learn

• dimensional letters and signs;
• working with acrylic, PVC and aluminium composite;
• vinyl graphics and basic wrapping;
• signage assembly, finishing and preparation;
• selected installation activities.

What matters to us

Manual dexterity, technical thinking, accuracy, reliability and willingness to learn are more important than a specific diploma. Previous experience in furniture, woodworking, mechanics, electrical work, installations or construction is useful but not mandatory.

Compensation package

The current package includes a net salary of 2,700–3,500 lei per month, meal tickets of 45 lei for each day worked and an 800 lei/month fuel card for commuting. Depending on salary level and the number of working days, the combined monthly package is approximately 4,450–5,250 lei.

Schedule and location

Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, at the MAGNIUS workshop in Popricani, Iași. Projects outside Iași can occur, but travel is not mandatory for every employee.

Development

The role includes practical on-the-job training. Compensation can grow as the employee becomes more independent and able to complete increasingly complex production tasks.
