E.ON Software Development Modular Stand – Brand Activation

E.ON Software Development Modular Stand – Brand Activation

MAGNIUS produced a custom modular stand for E.ON Software Development, developed for brand activations, corporate events and direct interaction with visitors.

The stand was designed by George Carapanu – Atelier Loft. The project was coordinated and commissioned to MAGNIUS by September Media, the agency presenting its work for E.ON Software Development under the title “All Together”.

MAGNIUS translated the design documentation into a modular construction, coordinating metal fabrication, lighting integration, textile and illuminated elements, TV-screen integration and final installation.

Modular metal structure

The main element is an open metal structure composed of rectangular frames and house-shaped outlines. Repeating these geometries creates depth and defines several functional areas without visually enclosing the space.

The structure was manufactured in modules so that its components can be assembled and dismantled for transport, storage and reuse at future events or in different locations.

The light finish of the metal profiles maintains an open visual appearance and highlights both the graphic surfaces and integrated lighting.

LED contour lighting

White LED lighting follows the outlines of the main metal frames and the lower perimeter of the structure.

The continuous light lines emphasise the stand’s geometry and turn the construction into a distinctive visual element. The illuminated house-shaped forms define the activation area without requiring opaque walls.

The LED system improves visibility and creates a suitable background for photographs, presentations and brand communication.

Large-format textile graphic panels

The stand includes textile display panels integrated into the metal structure. Large graphic surfaces form the visual background of the presentation area while allowing the printed textile to be replaced for future campaigns.

Using textile graphics reduces the weight of the display elements and makes transportation, installation and subsequent message updates more efficient.

The panels are framed by the illuminated metal profiles, allowing the graphics and structure to function as one coordinated visual system.

Aluminium-composite totem with backlit textile

A vertical illuminated advertising totem was produced to increase the visibility of the E.ON Software Development messages.

Its body is manufactured from aluminium composite material, while the front uses printed textile developed for backlit applications. Uniform internal lighting highlights the red graphics and makes the brand messages visible from a distance.

The textile face can be replaced when a campaign or communication message changes.

TV screen and multimedia integration

A TV screen is positioned within the structure and can be used for presentations, video materials, company information and event-specific communication.

The screen position was coordinated with the stand geometry so that the display remains clearly visible without dominating the composition. The metal construction provides the required support and integrates the multimedia area into the overall installation.

Interaction area and event furniture

The configuration is completed by a branded presentation counter, upholstered cube seating, high tables and open areas for discussions.

These elements transform the stand from a graphic display into a functional space for presentations, meetings and interaction with event participants.

Coordinated production and installation

Delivering the stand required several coordinated operations: modular metal fabrication, profile finishing, LED integration, textile-panel production, fabrication of the aluminium-composite illuminated totem, TV-screen integration and final on-site assembly.

The result is a modular and reusable promotional stand in which structure, light, textile graphics and multimedia content form a coherent brand environment.
