Finishing affects both the visual quality and the practical behaviour of a fabricated product. MAGNIUS integrates painting and finishing into signage, retail and custom-production workflows rather than treating colour as a final decorative step only.
Surface preparation
The preparation process depends on substrate and existing finish. Metal, plastics and wood-based materials require different cleaning, sanding, priming or adhesion approaches.
Colour and gloss control
Brand colours can be reproduced through suitable paint systems where required, but substrate and gloss level influence how a colour is perceived. These variables are considered when matching finishes across several materials.
In-house and specialist technologies
Some finishing is carried out in the MAGNIUS workshop, while specialist coatings, dimensions or processes are coordinated with dedicated partners.
Part of the complete assembly
Painted parts can move directly into assembly, graphics, LED integration and installation preparation, reducing the risk of mismatched components later in the project.
