MAGNIUS is a manufacturing and installation partner for signage and brand elements within retail and fit-out projects in Romania. We work with fit-out contractors, general contractors, architects, agencies and end clients on shops, showrooms, offices and retail networks. Production is coordinated from our workshop near Iași.
We join the project team with a defined scope, covering technical development, fabrication, transport preparation and installation. Our contribution to the fit-out is the signage, branding and custom production package agreed in the quotation.

Working with fit-out and general contractors
We start with the available drawings, visuals, brand guidelines, item schedule and site programme. We clarify what MAGNIUS supplies, what the fit-out team prepares and what the client approves. For items fixed to façades, furniture or walls, support conditions, dimensions, fixing details and access need to be coordinated early.
Illuminated elements also require space for power supplies, cable routes and maintenance access. Responsibilities for the electrical supply, substrate preparation, access and any approvals required by the premises are agreed before installation. This gives the quotation a clear scope that the project team can review.
Turning a concept into production details
We review proportions, materials and finishes against actual dimensions, viewing distance and the intended environment. Technical development may involve material thicknesses, reinforcement, transportable sections or fixing methods. Where alternative materials or construction methods are considered to meet the budget, their effect on appearance, installation and maintenance is discussed.
Samples, lighting trials and prototypes are agreed according to complexity and included in the defined scope. For repeated items, approval of a representative solution helps resolve details before the full batch enters production.
Manufacture and installation around the opening programme
Production can combine CNC processing, CO₂ laser cutting, metal components, plastics, finishing, graphics and LED integration. Processes are chosen for each item, with specialist suppliers coordinated where the project requires them. The MAGNIUS team has 14 people.
Lead times depend on approved documentation, material availability, quantities and site access. Shopping centres and active fit-out sites may have specific delivery routes, opening dimensions and installation windows. These constraints also affect how components are fabricated and packed.
One location or a multi-site programme
For successive openings and network rebranding, we separate common components from site-specific adaptations. Approved materials and construction details provide the reference, while dimensions and fixings follow each location.
