Aluminium composite material (ACM) combines low weight, flat surfaces and good fabrication versatility. MAGNIUS uses it for sign bodies, façade elements, totems, cladding, retail components and custom fabricated parts.
CNC cutting, routing and V-grooving
Panels can be contour-cut, routed, pocketed and V-grooved so they can be folded into trays, cassettes and three-dimensional forms.
Different panel types for different applications
ACM products differ in aluminium skin thickness, core, coating and fire classification. The correct panel is selected according to the application rather than treating every composite board as interchangeable.
Integration with signage
Routed openings can be combined with acrylic and LED, while flat or folded panels can support dimensional letters, printed graphics and other brand elements.
Cladding and custom fabrication
Beyond conventional signs, ACM is useful for retail fixtures, covers, architectural brand features and structures where a clean lightweight skin is needed.
