MAGNIUS designs and manufactures custom trophies and bespoke awards for companies, events, competitions, ceremonies, anniversaries and brand projects. These are conceived as purpose-built objects rather than standard catalogue trophies with a logo added afterwards. We can start from a brand identity, event theme, supplied concept or initial idea and develop the technical solution required to manufacture it.

Bespoke awards built from mixed materials

A custom trophy can combine aluminium, stainless steel or other metals with copper, brass, acrylic, plastics, wood, MDF, HPL and other project-appropriate materials. Material selection affects more than appearance: weight, rigidity, balance, joining methods, edge treatment, surface finish and handling all influence the final construction.

Depending on the concept, an award can incorporate transparent or translucent components, engraved parts, painted surfaces, dimensional details, printed graphics, vinyl, LED lighting or other technical elements. Specialist metalwork, engraving or finishing can be handled in-house or coordinated with qualified partners when a project requires a dedicated process.

From visual concept to a manufacturable object

A trophy needs to work as a physical object, not only as a rendering. Before production we consider material thicknesses, joints, centre of gravity, base geometry, tolerances, exposed edges and assembly sequence. Components may be produced using CNC cutting and routing, CO₂ laser processing, mechanical fabrication, metalwork, engraving, painting and other processes selected around the material and the required finish.

One-off trophies and repeatable award series

We can produce a single presentation piece or a short series based on one construction with controlled variations for category, name, position, colour or event edition. For repeated awards, the design can be engineered so common components are manufactured consistently while individual information remains easy to customise.

Production is coordinated from our workshop in Iași, Romania. We work with direct corporate clients, agencies and event organisers that need distinctive recognition objects rather than off-the-shelf products.
