Modular Visma Relaxation Space – “Bine v-am găsit!”

The “Bine v-am găsit!” project was created for Visma as a space for relaxation, reading and listening to audiobooks. The creative direction was developed by September Media together with Atelier Loft, while MAGNIUS translated the concept into a functional build combining metal, timber, upholstered furniture, signage and audio integration.

The result is not an off-the-shelf product but a bespoke multi-material project adapted to its function, location and brand identity. Every component had to be coordinated with the others so that the structure would remain stable, the finished object would follow the approved renders and the area would be comfortable in everyday use.

A corporate space for relaxation, reading and audiobooks

The concept began with the idea of a small urban sanctuary where users could take a break, read or listen to audio content. The “Bine v-am găsit!” message supports that function and gives the space a distinctive, welcoming identity.

To make the installation work in day-to-day use, the visual direction was coordinated with seating ergonomics, the position of the audio components and the access needed for assembly, dismantling and maintenance.

From creative concept to a manufacturable technical solution

For a project of this kind, the render is the starting point. Preparing it for production means defining the supporting structure, dividing the build into components, selecting the joints and resolving the interfaces between different materials.

MAGNIUS developed the execution approach so that the metalwork, timber components, upholstered areas, signage and audio system would form one coherent object. The process focused both on fidelity to the concept and on practical requirements for use and installation.

Metal structure, timber components and bespoke furniture

The metal structure forms the technical base of the installation and supports the visible components. Timber brings warmth and texture, while the upholstered bench and chairs define the relaxation area. The pieces were prepared and assembled as parts of one project rather than unrelated products added at the end.

Signage and audio-system integration

Identification elements and visual messages were incorporated into the build, while the audio system supports the audiobook function. Equipment positions and the required routes were coordinated with the structure and user areas so that technology could support the experience without visually dominating the installation.

Dismantlable, transportable and reassemblable construction

An important requirement was the ability to dismantle, transport and later rebuild the installation. Modularity was considered during technical development by defining components and joints that allow reassembly without compromising stability or the appearance of the project.

This approach makes relocation easier and demonstrates why logistics must be considered before fabrication, rather than after the object has been completed.

Coordinating production and implementation

According to the information retained for this project, defining the solution took approximately two months, while production and implementation were completed in around 50–60 days. These intervals describe the Visma project and should not be treated as standard lead times for every bespoke installation.

Component production, finish preparation, functional integration, preassembly and on-site installation were coordinated so that the completed build would closely follow the approved solution.
