LED integration starts with the construction of the sign. Module optics, distance to the illuminated surface, diffusion, thermal conditions and service access all affect the finished result.
Modules, strips and linear systems
Depending on the geometry we can integrate LED modules, strips, linear systems and selected RGB/RGBW solutions when colour control is part of the project.
Uniformity and optical design
Letter stroke width, sign depth, acrylic diffusion and module spacing influence whether the illuminated face appears uniform. We adjust the system to the actual geometry rather than applying one standard spacing rule.
Power and access
Power supplies, cable routes, connectors and access for replacement are considered during fabrication. Outdoor installations also require appropriate component specification and protection for the environment.
Integrated production
Because LED is coordinated with CNC parts, acrylic, metalwork and assembly, lighting can be tested before the product reaches site.
