This notice explains how ABS COLOR SRL processes personal data through the MAGNIUS website, including enquiries, quotation requests and job applications.

1. Data we may process
- identification and contact data: name, company, email address and telephone number;
- the content of your message, project brief and any files or links you choose to send;
- for job applications: the role selected, CV and professional information you choose to provide;
- project details selected in the form, such as project type, location, approximate dimensions and desired deadline;
- correspondence and information generated while discussing, quoting or carrying out a project;
- limited technical data in server security logs, such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and error information;
- your privacy preference for optional external content.
The data normally comes directly from you. In a B2B context it may also come from your employer, a colleague or a business partner who introduces you as a project contact.

3. Required and optional data
For the contact form, name, a valid email address, telephone number, project type, location and message are required; company and attachments are optional. For the application form, name, a valid email address, telephone number and CV are required, while the additional message is optional. Without the required data, the relevant form cannot be submitted. Please do not send special-category data or unrelated personal information.
4. Recipients and service providers
Access is limited to authorised ABS COLOR SRL personnel and, where necessary, hosting, email, IT maintenance, professional advisory, logistics or installation providers acting under appropriate contractual and confidentiality obligations. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Files attached to the form are stored temporarily on the web server, sent with the email and then removed from the temporary web location. The message and attachments may remain in the relevant business mailboxes according to the retention rules below.
5. International transfers and external services
The website does not load Google Maps until you allow external content. If you allow it, Google receives technical connection data and may process it under its own privacy terms, including through legally recognised transfer mechanisms where applicable. 6. Retention
- enquiries that do not lead to a contract: for the time needed to answer and follow up, then only as long as reasonably necessary to document the communication and defend potential rights, normally no more than three years from the last material interaction;
- job applications: for the recruitment process and normally no more than six months after the relevant role closes, unless a legal dispute requires longer retention;
- contract and accounting records: for the statutory periods applicable to the relevant document;
- security logs: according to the hosting and security configuration, only for as long as needed to investigate incidents and protect the website;
- the pseudonymous form-abuse prevention key derived from the IP address: no more than one hour;
- the privacy preference: 180 days, unless you change or delete it earlier.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP).

8. Security, automated decisions and children
We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards and limit access according to role. The website does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means. The services are intended for organisations and adults and are not directed to children.
