Metal structures and cladding for signage, façades and advertising installations

Many signage products rely on a metal structure even when the final visible surface is acrylic, aluminium composite or another cladding material. In other projects the metal remains visible and becomes part of the finished design.

Structures for signage and branded environments

Our focus is on frames and supports for signs, totems, façade elements, portals, cladding and special advertising installations rather than general building construction. Geometry and fixing are developed around the final product and site conditions.

In-house work and specialist partners

Depending on size, welding, forming or finishing requirements, metalwork can be produced in-house or with specialist partners. MAGNIUS coordinates integration with routed panels, graphics, lighting and other components.

Cladding systems

Structures can be clad with aluminium composite, metal sheet, acrylic, HPL or other suitable materials. Dimensional lettering, LED, routed graphics and service-access details can be incorporated into the same assembly.

Transport and installation planning

Large structures are modularised where practical so they can be transported and assembled efficiently. Connection details and assembly sequence are considered during production, not improvised on site.
