Elements within a signage rollout
A project may combine illuminated dimensional letters, signs and lightboxes, panels, window graphics, interior signage and fabric lightboxes. Campaigns and presentation areas may also require display systems or custom stands. The item schedule and included operations are defined for each project.
1. Collect site information
We start with addresses, items, quantities and target dates, supported by drawings or photographs. We identify which locations have sufficient information and which need additional measurements or checks. A frontal photograph, available dimensions and substrate details can reveal important differences between otherwise similar façades.
Access, working height, electrical provisions, substrate condition and premises rules affect installation. Required site checks and responsibility for final dimensions are agreed before production begins.
2. Define common items and local variations
We separate brand specifications from site-specific adaptations. Colours, finishes, lighting appearance and visible details follow the approved solution. Dimensions, support structures, cable positions or modular sections may vary to suit each location.
For repeated items, a sample or representative site can be agreed before the remaining batch is manufactured. The need for this stage, the approval criteria and its effect on the programme are discussed at the outset.
3. Plan production and phased deliveries
Production batches follow approved documentation and the sequence of sites. Packaging, component identification and transportable dimensions need to suit the destination and installation method. If a site is not ready, the effect on delivery or storage is clarified with the project team.
A realistic programme allows for approvals, procurement, fabrication, transport and access. Site count alone does not determine lead time: projects with similar quantities can require different arrangements because of distances or permitted installation windows.
4. Coordinate installation with site teams
We use our own teams and specialist partners where needed, under MAGNIUS coordination. Before mobilisation, substrate readiness, access and included operations are clarified. Removal of existing signs, access equipment and work on supporting surfaces need to be identified in the quoted scope where required.

5. Agree checks and handover
Checks depend on the items supplied and may cover positioning, finishes, fixings and lighting operation. Requirements for handover photographs, documentation and recording outstanding points are agreed for the project. Access to components that may need maintenance is considered during technical planning.
