MDF, chipboard and HPL are useful in retail, display and fit-out projects where structural panels, furniture-like components and finished branded surfaces need to be produced accurately.
CNC-produced components
Routing allows contour cutting, grooves, pockets, drilling patterns and repeatable parts for counters, stands, plinths, display units and special constructions.
Material selected around finish and use
MDF is suitable for painted or fabricated components, chipboard can be used in furniture-style assemblies and HPL provides a durable decorative surface when the project specification requires it.
Mixed-material projects
Wood-based panels are often combined with acrylic, metal, aluminium composite, print, textiles, lighting or electronics rather than used as standalone sheet-cutting jobs.
From component to assembled product
MAGNIUS can integrate machining with assembly, finishing, graphics and installation preparation, which is particularly useful for custom retail and activation projects.
