Advertising Production Specialist

We are looking for an advertising-production specialist with at least two years of practical experience. The role is not limited to operating machinery: it includes manufacturing dimensional letters and signs, working with acrylic, PVC, aluminium composite and metal components, applying vinyl and taking part in assembly and installation.

What you will work on

• illuminated and non-illuminated dimensional letters and signs;
• acrylic, PVC, aluminium-composite and metal components;
• vehicle and flat-surface graphics;
• panels, lightboxes, totems and advertising structures;
• assembly, finishing and selected installation work.

Equipment

The workshop includes a large-format CNC router, CO₂ laser, automatic CNC channel-letter return former, large-format print equipment and professional production tools.

Compensation package

The current package includes a net salary of 4,500–6,000 lei per month, meal tickets of 45 lei for each day worked and an 800 lei/month fuel card for commuting. Depending on salary level and the number of working days, the combined monthly package is approximately 6,250–7,750 lei.

Schedule and location

Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00. The workshop is in Popricani, Iași. Work includes workshop production and selected installation activities. Projects outside Iași can occur, but travel is not mandatory for every employee.

Travel and overtime

For business travel outside Iași, the company provides transport and accommodation plus a 100 lei/day travel allowance. Where overtime is necessary, it is performed with the employee’s agreement and compensated with paid time off or, when that is not possible, paid with the applicable overtime premium under Romanian labour rules.
