Solution details
Illuminated 3D letters and signs turn a word, logo or symbol into an individual dimensional lighted body. MAGNIUS manufactures these systems for façades, shops, showrooms, reception areas and offices, adapting the construction to character size, viewing distance, colour, mounting surface and installation conditions.
Face-lit and combined configurations
Face-lit letters transmit light through a suitable acrylic front. Some designs combine face lighting with indirect accents. A dedicated halo-lit construction is used when the required result is an indirect light contour projected onto the wall.
Geometry controls depth and LED layout
Stroke width, character size, face colour and the distance between LED modules and the diffuser affect uniformity. Narrow characters and complex symbols may need different modules, spacing or depth from larger, wider letters.
CNC processing and controlled return forming
Faces and backs are routed or laser cut according to material and detail. For compatible configurations, aluminium returns are shaped with an automatic channel-letter machine, supporting repeatable contours and series production.
Fixing, power and service access
Mounting points, templates, cable routes, power supplies and component access are defined before fabrication. Letters can be prepared for direct installation or assembled on a common support structure according to the façade and project requirements.
