Solution details

Illuminated signs can be built as panels, lightboxes or custom sign bodies with internal lighting and translucent graphic areas. MAGNIUS combines acrylic, aluminium composite, metal, print, vinyl and LED systems according to size, location, design and future service requirements.

Multiple materials, one commercial solution

Acrylic and aluminium composite are not separate end products; they often work together in one sign. The former material-specific pages are therefore consolidated here while their images, galleries and historical URL redirects are preserved.

Lightboxes, panels and controlled illumination

Typical constructions include illuminated faces, routed openings with translucent inserts, CNC-machined panels, folded bodies and single- or double-sided signs. Depth, LED-to-face distance and diffuser selection are coordinated to reduce visible light points and uneven brightness.

Indoor and outdoor construction

Outdoor work requires consideration of exposure, thermal movement, drainage, reinforcement, fixing and power-supply access. Indoor signs can use more compact profiles and integrate with walls, furniture, receptions or exhibition structures while retaining ventilation and service access.

Production, finishing and installation

Components can be cut, routed, grooved, folded, printed or wrapped before structure and LED systems are assembled. The finished sign can be supplied for installation or installed by teams coordinated by MAGNIUS according to project scope.
