E.ON Software Development – Branding and Signage Collaboration

The MAGNIUS collaboration with E.ON Software Development began in 2024 and covers several types of projects delivered both directly and through teams coordinated by agencies or fit-out companies. Confirmed work includes interior signage, custom flags, acrylic letters and identification elements, as well as a modular event stand.

This page presents the wider collaboration. The E.ON stand has a separate technical project page so that information about its structure, lighting, fabric panels and multimedia integration remains detailed without duplicating the same content.

Custom flags and interior signage

In the direct relationship with E.ON Software Development, MAGNIUS supplied custom flags and interior signage elements adapted to the company’s visual identity. Dimensions, materials and display systems were selected according to their use and installation environment.

Corporate signage should remain legible and consistent with the interior without adding unnecessary visual clutter. Individual elements may identify, guide or communicate the brand.

A modular stand delivered through September Media

Through September Media, MAGNIUS contributed to a dismantlable advertising stand for trade fairs and events. The project was developed for assembly, dismantling, transport and repeated use while maintaining a recognisable visual identity.

The metal structure, contour LED lighting, fabric panels, illuminated totem and integrated screen are described in the dedicated E.ON Software Development modular stand project.

Branding elements for fit-out projects

Through the collaboration with fit-out company Zafit, MAGNIUS produced decorative advertising components for interior and exterior use. Confirmed work includes acrylic dimensional letters and acrylic signage used, among other locations, at the E.ON Software Development office in Bucharest.

Within a fit-out, signage production has to be coordinated with architecture, finishes, building services and the overall project programme. Dimensions and fixings are checked before production, while installation must follow the readiness of the space.

Acrylic letters and signage

Acrylic can be used for clean surfaces, dimensional letters and panels with accurately defined edges. Depending on the application, it can be routed, printed, wrapped or combined with stand-offs and other materials.

For the E.ON projects, these components were adapted to the identity and conditions of each space. Explore MAGNIUS non-illuminated signage solutions.

Direct, agency and fit-out collaboration

The projects involved three working models: direct delivery to the client, production coordinated by an agency and execution integrated within a fit-out. Each model requires a clear flow of documentation, approvals and responsibilities.

MAGNIUS can handle technical execution and production, adapt solutions to site conditions and coordinate installation with the main project team.

One collaboration, several implementation formats

The E.ON Software Development collaboration shows how one identity can remain consistent across offices, events and fit-outs managed by different partners. Contact the MAGNIUS team to discuss corporate branding, signage or production integrated into a fit-out.
