Social Responsibility

Supporting Casa Share

MAGNIUS has supported Casa Share since the project’s early years, around 2015. Our collaboration developed naturally through hands-on help, materials supplied when needed and pro bono visual communication solutions produced for the homes and community initiatives created by Casa Share.

We do not see this involvement as a one-off action, nor do we measure it only by volume. What matters to us is continuity, the usefulness of every contribution and the opportunity to place the experience and resources of the MAGNIUS workshop at the service of a project that creates tangible change.

From one house to a community

Casa Share began in December 2014 through an initiative led by Bogdan Tănasă, with the aim of helping vulnerable families and children gain access to a safe home and better living conditions. The project grew through the involvement of volunteers, donors and partners in Romania and abroad.

In July 2026, the organisation announced the start of Casa Share House 43, following the completion of House 42. Beyond the number of homes, the initiative now includes education, material support, inclusion and community projects designed around the real needs of its beneficiaries.

A numbered illuminated sign for every completed home

For every home completed by Casa Share, MAGNIUS produces and donates a custom illuminated lightbox featuring the Casa Share identity and the number of the house. Installed at the entrance, it visibly marks each new beginning and preserves the link between the home and the community that helped make it possible.

The lightboxes are manufactured in our workshop, with the structure, graphics and lighting prepared for outdoor use. This recurring contribution is closely connected to our expertise in illuminated signage, yet its meaning goes beyond advertising: every number represents a home and a family able to begin a new chapter.

Practical support from the early years

During the early stage of the collaboration, we also became physically involved in construction-related work. Over time, we have contributed materials and other forms of practical assistance according to the project’s needs and the resources available.

This approach defines our relationship with Casa Share: providing the right help when it is needed, without turning the contribution into a formal gesture. Sometimes this has meant hands-on work; at other times it has involved production, materials, signage or the quick resolution of a technical need.

Signage for the Casa Share Educational Centre

Casa Share has also developed an educational centre where children receive learning support, practical activities, meals and a safe environment in which to develop. MAGNIUS contributed signage and visual communication elements for this space.

In a social project, signage also has a functional role: it organises the space, makes it easier to identify and creates a consistent environment for beneficiaries, volunteers, partners and visitors.

Contributions to the greenhouses and storage facility

Casa Share initiatives also include greenhouses and production and storage facilities developed to create activity, autonomy and resources for community programmes. MAGNIUS produced dimensional identification letters and signage for these spaces.

These visual elements make the projects easier to recognise and help maintain a consistent Casa Share identity across homes, educational facilities and community initiatives.

“Căruța Share” and other ideas turned into real objects

The collaboration has also included special initiatives such as the illuminated “Căruța Share” element. Projects like this reflect the open and creative nature of the partnership: an idea can quickly become a functional signage object manufactured entirely in our workshop.

Continuity matters

Casa Share shows that solidarity becomes powerful when it is translated into repeated action. For MAGNIUS, social responsibility means remaining available and contributing with what we know best: production, signage, materials, technical solutions and, when needed, direct involvement.
